WHY THIS RETREAT WAS CREATED
Midlife asks a woman to reorganize her relationship to beauty, whether she's ready or not. Most of what's on offer meets that moment with either more hype or more deficit language - fix it, freeze it, fight it. This retreat offers a third path.
Over [X DAYS] in Denver, you'll spend time with the facts (what's actually happening in aging skin and a menopausal body), the regulation work that makes any real change possible (a nervous system in fight-or-flight can't reclaim anything), and the deeper narrative work of asking what beauty has meant to you, who taught you that, and what you'd rather it mean now.
