Unlike conventional massage, this session may include periods of dialogue or silence, depending on what is needed in the moment. At times, I may invite you to notice physical sensations or emotional qualities that arise, supporting deeper body awareness and connection.

Some clients working with deep transformation processes benefit from intensive periods of more frequent sessions followed by greater spacing as integration occurs.
