Your first session begins with a conversation about your goals and history. I'll explain how the session will flow and answer any questions you might have.

During this session, I will create a sacred space and invite our guides and helpers to join us in the healing process. Your intentions, combined with deep, intentional listening to the body and spirit, will help guide our path.

The work itself varies based on your unique needs—it may include emotional release, energy work, breathwork, and somatic awareness techniques, with hands-on support integrated as appropriate. Unlike conventional massage, this session may include periods of dialogue or silence, depending on what is needed in the moment. At times, I may invite you to notice physical sensations or emotional qualities that arise, supporting deeper body awareness and connection.

The optimal frequency depends on your specific situation and goals. For acute issues or when beginning a healing process, weekly sessions for 3-6 weeks often provides the momentum needed for significant change.

For ongoing support and maintenance, many clients find that sessions every 2-4 weeks help maintain balance and integration. Some clients working with deep transformation processes benefit from intensive periods of more frequent sessions followed by greater spacing as integration occurs.
