RETREAT AND GROUP FACILITATION | OPEN TO TRAVEL
Retreat Facilitation for Leadership Teams, Forums & Women's Groups
Trusted by Leaders and Forum Groups
Kim facilitated two retreats for our group that combined meditation, yoga, sound experience, and one-on-one sessions supporting somatic emotional release.
Her ability to create a safe, supportive environment allowed me to release long-held patterns and return to my work with more clarity, balance, and presence. The experience helped me showe up for my family with more awareness and presence, even after the demands of leading all day.

I highly recommend Kim for
leadership retreats, women’s forums, and business networks seeking authentic connection and

Two Ways to Bring Me In
As a Guest Facilitator
You've designed the retreat. I come in for a defined piece of it - an evening sound experience, a morning movement and meditation practice, a shamanic journey, a somatic release process, a closing ceremony. I work in service of the container you've already built, not over the top of it.
This also works well as a layer inside an existing structure: ceremony, ritual, release and letting go, intention setting, reflection and presencing, embodiment, nervous system regulation. Any of these can deepen an arc you're already holding without needing to anchor it. For groups of any size.
As Lead Facilitator
I design and hold the full arc. This is for small groups (max 11 people), going somewhere specific - working with their own dynamics and process, or moving through a theme that needs time to unfold in layers.
A weekend I'm leading is woven rather than scheduled. Depending on the group, it may draw on mindfulness and meditation, embodiment and presencing practices, shadow work, essence-oriented somatic emotional release, dyad work, holistic bodywrok sessions, and ritual and ceremonial practice that supports integration and deepening into the group process.
The intentions of the group shape the depth and the path. No two group experiences are the same. In the past, I've facilitated and created sacred space from 3-Hour Workshops, full day individual work with retreat attendees, and full weekend retreats.
Practices We Might Draw From
Every gathering is designed with intention. To give you an idea of range, you can select from any or all of these practices for your container and create a unique experience that stays with your group for many years to come.

Holistic Bodywork
Hands-on therapeutic techniques blending skillful touch, presence, and intuitive listening to restore balance, improve energy flow, and revitalize the body.

Meditation & Nervous System Regulation
Guided practices to center the mind, regulate stress responses, and restore clarity - allowing for decisive leadership.

Shamanic Work
Ancient wisdom for modern leadership. Guided journeys and ritual practices to access deep insight, reconnect with your inner compass, and align action with vision and values.

Conscious Embodiment & Yoga
A mindful movement practice integrating breath, posture, and awareness to sharpen focus, enhance vitality, and anchor you in the present moment - on and off the mat.

Essence-Oriented Emotional Release
A safe, embodied approach to releasing stored tension and emotional blocks, reconnecting you to your essential nature and strengthening your authentic leadership voice.

Sound Healing & Mantra
Immersive soundscapes, vibrational frequencies and intentional vocal practices that reset the nervous system, inspire creativity, and open space for innovative thinking.

Ceremony for Thresholds: Personal or Organizational
Psychology and neuroscience are only now confirming what ceremonial traditions have always known: transitions that go unprocessed in the body and unmarked by ritual leave us disconnected - from ourselves, from meaning, from what comes next. Soul and science, it turns out, have been pointing at the same thing.
✦ For individuals and groups: birthdays, deaths, threshold moments, loss, life cycles, seasonal cycles.
✦ For organizations: leadership transitions, career changes, anniversaries, team dynamics.

My work is raw, real, and authentic. I'll encourage your group to go further and deeper, providing that extra push when needed to transform what no longer serves you.

BEYOND TRADITIONAL RETREATS
Meet Kim Ayela Doak
Your Retreat Facilitator & Sound Healer
My journey as a healer began 25 years ago with a serendipitous choice that led me to massage school, opening a path of deep embodied listening that would transform my life and eventually the lives of hundreds of others. But it was the profound loss of my son 15 years ago that truly awakened my deeper purpose as a healer, teacher, and spiritual guide.
I like to think of my approach as a doorway between dimensions. By working simultaneously with your physical body, emotional landscape, energetic patterns, and spiritual essence, I create pathways for whole-person healing.
