What’s Included: OPENING SESSION (90 minutes) Set the foundation for your journey. We’ll clarify your intentions, assess where you are, and cocreate a personalized roadmap for transformation. 6 BIWEEKLY PRIVATE SESSIONS (60 minutes) Each session is tailored to your evolving process and may include: ✦ Essence-oriented trauma release ✦ Emotional integration and nervous system regulation ✦ Transformational coaching for authentic leadership and personal growth ✦ Somatic practices, breathwork, and mindfulness-based tools ✦ Dreamwork, ritual, and symbolic exploration ✦ Optional spiritual guidance or ancestral connection ✦ Holistic bodywork (available for in-person sessions) MONTHLY PERSONALIZED MEDITATION SESSIONS (3 x 60 minutes) Guided meditations created around your specific goals and needs. These sessions support emotional clarity, presence, and nervous system healing, reinforcing your progress between core sessions.
